In coordination with the Vice President and Executive Director, manages, develops, and solicits gifts at the leadership level for operating, endowment, and capital needs. Works with Department leaders and Physicians to create partnerships to identify grateful patients and solicit their support of UCH and its non-profit subsidiaries.
Education & Training: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred. CFRE designation desirable.
Work Orientation & Experience: Three to Five years of demonstrated achievement in the non-profit/hospital environment preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills for planning, evaluating, directing, coordinating and implementing solicitations and securing philanthropic support, utilizing best practices and giving vehicles for donor support.
