Overview Performs routine healthcare application support according to specific instructions and established procedures. Reports to As Assigned Education, experience and skills requirements Minimum of Associate's Degree in a clinical related profession or computer related field or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's Degree in a clinical profession preferred. Previous experience in Information Technology and/or automated patient care systems preferred. Project management, prioritization and problem solving skills are needed on a daily basis. Must be proficient with MS Office software and multiple reporting mechanisms. Licensure/certification requirement Must maintain any certification/licensure as required by clinical profession.
