The Operations Manager is accountable for establishing governance to realize Buildingis vision and strategic plans. The Operations Manager ensures the proper operational controls, procedures, and reports are in place to support growth and operate efficiently. This individual will work closely with the Managing Directors and Senior Leaders to align on business priorities.

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as business needs require.
Establish governance and provide oversight to strategic initiatives and operational activities. Drive decisions based on business priorities.
Plan and lead the annual leadership retreat. Establish ongoing monitoring and tracking of goals.
Lead quarterly leadership team meetings to review goals and evaluate progress.
Develop and manage the operational services to enable growth.
Own the operational services that enable the business to run efficiently.
Resource Management: build, facilitate and govern an efficient and effective resource management service.
Sales: develop and govern sales policies and procedures.
Service Delivery: develop tools and reports to understand efficiency and business performance (e.g. utilization, effective rates, etc).
Project Portfolio Management: drive internal projects, understand business priorities, cost of effort, resources and opportunity costs.
IT Operations: manage internal IT resources, functions and priorities
Continuously improve procedures, eliminate redundancies, and implement policies to gain operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Own and drive the completion of assigned operations goals and projects.
Provide best possible support to the business by keeping the operations focused on client service.
Support the Managing Directors in running their regions.
Assist with company-wide communications including material development and facilitation of review cycle.
Perform other duties as deemed needed by the business.

Education, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience is desired.
- Should have at least 8 years of experience within a professional services / consulting organization.
- Solid understanding of operations, reporting and forecasting.
- Working knowledge of resource management and annual planning.
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to drive change, influence and generate respect at all levels within the organization; builds consensus.
Must have a high level of self-motivation, be proactive, be detail oriented and extremely organized with proven ability to establish priorities and execute
to achieve results. Must be able to work under constant deadlines and manage multiple, simultaneous projects. Must be able to work independently and
cooperatively in a team environment and adhere to strict deadlines. Must have the ability to think strategically while balancing long and short-term
priorities. Must demonstrate superior customer service and strong group collaboration skills.
Must be willing to travel to the regional offices and customer locations if the need arises (current office locations: Atlanta, Costa Rica).
Must have excellent interpersonal skills with diverse groups and the ability to communicate verbally. Superior writing, proofing, grammar, style, spelling
and punctuation skills are essential. Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. Fluency in Spanish a plus.
General math skills required to calculate operational metrics.
Must be highly proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
Work is performed in an office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
