Inventory Control, Planners, Customer Analysts
Administer direct supervisory responsibilities for materials personnel including selection, hiring, training, performance evaluations, promotional recommendations and work scheduling.
Assure high level of data and transactional integrity in the MRP system in order to achieve high levels of inventory accuracy.
Assure near perfect levels of customer service.
Lead the development of production plans.
Oversee all production materials planning cycles and transactions in order to achieve appropriate levels of inventory.
Minimize freight and premium freight services through the proper planning processes.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques as related to material handling and control.
Coordinate product changes and inventory levels to assure minimal obsolescence.
Analyze and present customer driven trends and projections in
order to properly manage plant capacity and manning
Completes other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, management or related
5 or more years related original equipment manufacturing (OEM) experience in a high-volume, repetitive manufacturing environment.
Must have a demonstrated high proficiency in current corporate package of software applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, and SAP, etc. preferred.
