Ryland's Las Vegas division is looking for a Purchasing Administrator to assist in costing homes, establishing budgets, and controlling/reducing costs to facilitate the achievement of the division and company goals. Our ideal candidate has strong administrative and communication skills and enjoys working in a team oriented environment. Must be able to collaborate with individuals in multiple facets of the homebuilding business. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain direct cost pricing
Support day to day function of field operations
Data entry of bids and work orders
Manage variances to budget
Cost analysis
Additional responsibilities include researching invoices and assisting in insurance compliance for new and existing subcontractors and vendors Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
A minimum of 1-2 years directly related experience
Prior field production experience is a plus
Strong PC skills; JD Edwards preferred
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
