The Director, Human Resource Services is responsible for implementing the organizational and departmental mission, vision, and goals. The role is responsible for developing human resource systems and processes that contribute to a positive working environment, staff satisfaction, and employee involvement. The director is responsible for effective overall department operation, and insuring that requirements for quality, service, and value are met or exceeded. The director is responsible for all aspects of staff and department management, and for creating a professional practice environment that focuses on the customer.

Job Qualifications:

Experience: Sufficient, progressively responsible, relevant experience in leadership positions, management and/or supervision. At least 3-5 years preferred. Specific management positions may have additional education and experience requirements; the senior vice-president will establish these as appropriate.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to a field within the health care industry and/or a combination of education and business/work experiences in health care management appropriate for the position. Master’s degree is preferred.
