Case IH Inside Sales Specialists promote sales and distribution of Case IH equipment through responsive actions to specific dealers via the telephone.

The position is located in Racine, WI.
Influencing Case IH dealers to proactively order whole goods and participate in Case IH marketing programs.
Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
Handle issues relating to product availability and procurement, logistics, product quality, systems performance, invoicing errors, program interpretation.
Liaison between the plant and the dealer to make sure the correct product is ordered, inform dealers when the company has made a decision to no longer built a product that they have placed on order, inform dealers when a unit cannot be built the way they ordered it.
Manage unpublished programs.
Manage dealer inventory to meet retail demand.
Dealer development and performance monitoring.
Forecast retail sales.
Handle the disposition of inventory from close-out dealers.
· Coordinate CNH cross functional involvement to provide answers to dealers. Knowledge of the CIH Sales pursuance program to facilitate retail opportunities and continued growth.
· Provide superior knowledge to dealers as it relates to the CIH Dealer Operating Guide.
