Each season, an Agency Leader receives a W sample set for approximately a week, books appointments, and provides a fun, personal shopping experience for her clients. She builds her business by marketing to her community, expanding her network, providing
exceptional customer service, while receiving the most advanced and thorough training in the industry.
EARNING POTENTIAL
Compensation is performance driven, through 25% commissions, cash and clothing incentives.
