Job Summary:

The position is responsible for:
  • Preparation of detailed profit-&-loss analysis, financial analysis, and overall business analysis for both internal and external users of financial information.
  • Managing, coordinating, and administering the Hospital's finance functions.
    • Including following areas: investment and treasury services, capital expenditures and fixed assets, accounts payable, business planning, and financial and statistical reporting.
    • Also includes: Budgeting, reimbursement analysis and cost report preparation, payroll, cost accounting and productivity reporting, benchmarking and statistical reporting.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field is required.
  • Master's degree, CPA or five years in an accounting/finance management position is preferred.
  • A qualified candidate should be detail orientated, work well under deadlines, have a willingness and eagerness to learn, and work effectively without direct supervision.
Experience:
  • Five years experience in a leadership role preferred.
  • Experience in¬†healthcare accounting and finance at an administrative or professional level preferred.
License/Certification:
  • CPA preferred.
