The primary responsibility of the Analyst II is to process Agency mortgage transactions. Specific duties include but are not limited to ordering 3rd party reports; initializing document requests; receiving and reviewing due diligence documentation; communicating with governmental agencies regarding zoning, taxes, certificates of occupancy and code violations; communicating with Borrower regarding documentation and information requests; accumulation of due diligence materials and organizing underwriting file which includes setting up both the hard file and computer file. Additional responsibilities include the delivery of required documentation to both internal departments and the Agencies.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years
- 4 year college degree is required
- Must have a high level of attention to detail including the ability to analyze information, extracting information to summarize conclusions, troubleshoot solutions and propose action
- Strong communication skills both written and oral are required
- Must have strong MS office (Excel and Word)
