Job Description:
ICF Ironworks offers integrated customer engagement applications, including interactive, portal and content management solutions, and business and IT alignment services to a growing roster of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. ICF Ironworks currently seeks an Adobe CQ® Web Solutions Architect/Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading technology teams to build and maintain web applications using the Adobe CQ® platform, including, but not limited to, designing and developing site architecture, custom components, custom workflows, Digital Asset Management (DAM), object model designs (Java APIs), implementation strategy, and unit testing

Translates business requirements into technical details relevant to Adobe CQ®

Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to Adobe CQ®

Provide onsite technical leadership on large, complex Adobe CQ® projects

Defines documents and communicates the project progress to client stakeholders and project teams

Basic :
3+ years of development experience working with WCM products

2+ years of development/implementation experience using one or more ECM tools like Adobe CQ®, Interwoven TeamSite, Sitecore, and SDL Tridian

2+ years of Java programming experience

2+ years of experience with Javascript libraries such as ExtJS and jQuery

At least 1+ years of customized design and development experience in Adobe CQ® comprising of Page templates, Components, Bundles and JCR queries

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with clients

Good business analysis/design skills with architecture and implementation experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team

Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

Excellent problem solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions

Strong oral and written communication skills

Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude

Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work limited overtime as necessary
