Computer Operator-Lead, Full Time. Provides service and support in all areas of the Computer Operations environment.
Hours are: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-3:45pm, including some holidays.
An Essential Partner to customers, the candidate provides "simply the BEST" service and support in all areas of the Computer Operations environment, including mainframe Command Center monitoring, production scheduling, automation monitoring, Print Center, Data Control report distribution, Data Center off-host systems, and Training. Researches and initiates the appropriate actions to resolve complex problems in all areas of responsibility. Prioritizes and schedules the daily workload to meet customer service level agreements. Maintains and operates peripheral equipment within the environment. Motivation, teamwork, and communication are essential to embrace our corporate visions and values.
Must be able to work independently and demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence in a fast-paced production environment.
· High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree desired.
· 2-5 years of IT industry related experience.
· Minimum of 2 years experience utilizing a Mainframe production scheduling/restart package, ZEKE/ZEBB preferred.

· Proficient in Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
· Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
