Coordinate on a daily basis with Business Unit Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Quality Assurance, Production Logistics, Maintenance, and Human Resources to deliver on all manufacturing targets.

Lead shift/platforms supervision ensuring the most cost-effective production process while meeting production schedules at the lowest possible cost.
·
Responsible for shift/platform compliance in all Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Sustainability & Morale metrics.
Qualifications
BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science or related field required.

5 - 7 years of manufacturing experience with increasing responsibilities (or equivalent).
·
Has, or obtains, Green Belt Certification, or Black Belt, within one year.
·
Strong accountability and follow-through skills.
·
Strong Leadership/Interpersonal Skills.
·
Strong communication skills (oral, written, comfortable presenting in front of large and small audiences, formal and informal settings).
·
Strong analytical/critical thinking skills.
·
Strong Computer Skills (Micro Soft Office Package, Viso, Minitab, SAP, Business Intelligence Reporting).
