Pick up each child at her own school. Feed them a snack after school. Take the girls to whatever after school activity they are involved in each day. Once the after school activities are completed, the nanny would bring the girls home.
It will be very important for all homework to be completed and checked over before the girls start playing. The Nanny will be responsible for making dinner and feeding the girls by 5:30. Also, the Nanny will have to make sure the house stays picked up. The girls are only allowed to watch about 30 minutes of TV after school.
We will pay for the nanny's gas. We'll work that out when hired. We will discuss hourly wage during interview. This job will be during the school year and may need Nanny more during holidays.
