Description

This senior leadership position will manage teams across North America responsible for demand creation using marketing and some inside sales resources across the entire Fluke Industrial portfolio.

The focus is delivering marketing initiatives that drive awareness and conversion through both B2B and B2C strategies.

You will be responsible for developing, establishing, and on-going relationships between the company, strategic partners and customers. Provides business opportunity analysis, assesses potential markets, and develops projects for use in new marketing initiatives. A key responsibility is leading and developing an organization of high performing marketing professionals.

Responsibilities:
·

Development of promotions and programs that ignite demand for new solutions

·

On an ongoing basis, evaluate financial return on demand generation actions and make adjustments as required to continually improve performance.

Understand and prioritize tradeoffs across multiple initiatives to ensure maximum ROI on expense spend.

Work with inside sales team to determine the effectiveness of marketing efforts and create sales messages that maximize conversion from leads to wins

·

Create sales tools which can be used by sales people to drive conversion of end users across a multitude of levels of organizations (from technician to VP of Operations).

·

Ensure that marketing materials deployed into the market have outstanding messages that clearly communicate value to the customer

·

Collaborate with Business Units and Global Marcom team to create and leverage available marketing initiatives

·

Development of value proposition and supporting materials for presentation and messaging to potential business partners

Represents the department/ function internally and/ or with customers with peer level positions and/ or executives

·

Develops staffing and organizational plans – makes investment requests based on firm expectations regarding return as appropriate

Creates a climate where direct reports can optimize performance, learn and grow; performance issues are addressed effectively and consistent with contributions

Requirements:
·

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of marketing demand generation experience and 6+ years of progressive management and leadership experience. MBA or Master’s degree preferred

·

Must have had experience with managing demand creation actions across >$150m of revenue responsibility with greater than $2m expense budget management responsibility.

·

Experience leading teams across a matrixed organization including marketing and inside sales resources

·

Experience with Digital Marketing is preferred

·

Successful experience with channel based business, multiple channel management is preferred.

·

Proven experience with the management and ownership of budgets, KPIs and developing commercial strategy’s

·

Knowledge and experience interfacing with leadership for revenue forecasting
