The Technology Solutions Manager is responsible for working hand in hand with Aetna International IT and acting as a business lead in the implementation of the Aetna International Mobile and Web Strategy. In addition, this position will support the development and program ideation for our Social Media platform. Finally this position will provide sales support relative to our Web, mHealth and Social Media products and programs, and member communications support. The position requires an individual with both a strong web/mobile and marketing background, and someone who has held a business role and is comfortable leading change, influencing decision-makers and working cross-functionally with both business owners and technical departments.In addition, the candidate must be a marketing minded professional and a strong communicator with excellent project management, problem-solving, technical and interpersonal skills and have proven experience working in and influencing multifunctional teams.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.

Specific responsibilities include: Liaise with Aetna International IT and act as the Business lead on the implementation of key website projects, such as enhancements to the secure member, broker, provider or plan sponsor sites.Supporting the Senior Manager in the identification of business requirements regarding mHealth/Social Media Services program/product designPartners with the Website Manager and the Marketing team to ensure web properties are up-to-date and reflect the latest content and messaging.Provide support for member communications Participate in the identification of process improvements to workflows to create improved operational efficiency with respect to mHealth/Social Media Services programs/productsCultivates strong internal relationships necessary for effective cross-functional collaboration, specifically with the IT, Marketing and Product organizations.Flexibility to provide project management support for broad product development across all product disciplines with Aetna International as neededCRITICAL SKILLS Bachelors degree with at least 5 years experienceExperience working in a marketing organization, preferably with management of web initiativesProven ability in content strategy, project management and working in a team-based environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be innovative and creative, willing to explore, recommend and implement new technologies and processes and keep up to date with the newest innovations in the industry.FUNCTIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE International experience5-7+ years industry experience
