Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar and basic mathematic skills; knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook especially); good communication and teamwork skills; moderate PC skills with emphasis on accuracy; good organizational skills and pays attention to details.
Experience: Previous work in an office preferred. Able to work overtime if needed.
General Responsibilities
Responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties relating to the transcribing, updating and uploading information about foreclosed properties; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries and requests from subcontractors, etc.
Essential Duties
1. Receiving and reviewing incoming work, prioritizing, contacting appropriate resources as needed; entering transactions into PC using multiple systems.
2. Verifying accuracy; resolving general customer issues using multiple resources and records.
3. Preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents/notes/entries.
4. Contacts subcontractors with any questions or concerns. Works to minimize risks.
5. Monitoring queue, ensuring necessary property preservation work is completed.
6. Ensuring all work is completed accurately in compliance with client specifications and company policies.

Perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or redesigned depending upon individual circumstances.
