Position: Administrative Assistant II
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Central Pacific HomeLoans
Reports To: Operations Manager

Position Function:
Under the direction of the Mortgage Operations Manager, position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Mortgage Operations department.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative position.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Requires the use of independent judgment and time management.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of the PC and MS Office applications, as well as familiarity with loan origination software systems.
  • Able to operate standard office equipment (i.e. copier, fax machine, calculator, telephone, etc.).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
