A construction, and property management company in business for over 40 years has an opening position for an Operations Coordinator in our Cincinnati offices. The ideal candidate is a team player who is experienced in an administrative support role to an executive team and is capable of working with little supervision. All candidates required to undergo background check, motor vehicle check, and drug testing. Responsibilities of this position will be to directly support an executive team, as well as preparing correspondence, travel arrangements, meetings, etc. Other responsibilities will include liaison to field superintendents, and providing administrative support to the construction department. Applicants must have good computer skills along with a strong ability to communicate well both verbally and written. Minimum one to three (1-3) years of successful administrative role working with multiple managers. Good computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Viewpoint software knowledge is a plus. Excellent organizational, strong time management and, attention to detail is required. Interested candidates call OfficeTeam at 513-563-2380.
