Reliability Engineer/Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a reliability engineer/maintenance planner for our Grain Oriented Electrical Steel business unit located in Leechburg, PA.

Requirements :
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in either mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Candidates must have a minimum of five years experience as a Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor in the metals industry.

Candidates must have working experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System, Maximo preferred, as well as experience with project management software, MS Project or equivalent. Working knowledge of MS Office is also required.

Knowledge of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) or total productive maintenance (TPM), predictive maintenance techniques in a lean manufacturing environment are required

Familiarity with blueprint reading, machine design and AutoCAD would be a plus

Candidates should have a strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team, good communication and organizational skills.
