Provides general sales and administrative support for an assigned mortgage sales office. Schedules customer application appointments for Mortgage Loan Originators. Obtains closing agent approvals and changes. Submits all reports and correspondence to appropriate parties as required. Creates, manages and distributes all management reports. Handles routine customer questions and assists with problem resolution. Communicates with customers as needed for additional documentation. Prepares file for submission to the Operations department. Ensures the Empower System is updated with all information received in the loan file. Obtains corrections for any audit or post closing exceptions required from the MLO. Answers and directs incoming phone calls. Assists with walk-in customers. Orders supplies and handles mail.

        High school diploma or GED. One year of clerical, office or secretarial experience with one year of experience in mortgage. Good oral and written communication. Good customer service and organizational skills.
