This position provides supervision and program support to both the Intensive Outpatient and Extended Outpatient Programs. This position coordinates programming and curriculum for a seamless transition of care for clients in outpatient programs. It is also responsible for maintaining census, maintaining budget, developing and updating curriculum, developing staff and providing clinical supervision and support to the programs. In addition, this position may be assigned a small caseload in times of stressed census. No official travel is required, though travel to our local outpatient satellite sites may be requested infrequently.
Position requires a BA in related field; must have a current state addictions professional license; requires a completed certificate/degree program in addiction counseling or equivalent; must have three or more years experience providing chemical dependency counseling; requires current first aide and CPR certification. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team desired.
