Barnabas Health is seeking a Telecommunications Manager .
Description:
Manages the operations, daily planning, engineering, design, and resource allocation of the enterprise’s telecommunications functions. Ensures customer satisfaction through quality standards and measures by evaluating the performance of telecommunications networks and related interfaces. The Manager is responsible for PBX system management and system maintenance on the company voice/data environment. System management includes configuration, security, resource monitoring and reporting, troubleshooting and the development of specialized programs. The Manager provides input to develop and implement standards, procedures, processes and key performance measures for the telecommunications group and is responsible to sustain same. Performs a coordination role with enterprise management, vendors and customers. This position also serves in the role of internal technical consultant to business units and provides cross entity support for peer managers.
Requirements: EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience including managing resource(s), infrastructure/network/telecommunications operations and PBX support.
Five-year supervisory experience required.
