Job Description: Manages and provides care to designated patients in collaboration with an LVPG provider, as a member of the care delivery team.

Spends at least 75% of time in a clinical staff support role, dependent of size and number of locations and number of clinical staff. Accountable for clinical orientation, assessing learning needs and opportunities, modeling, teaching and verification of clinical competencies of new and/or existing clinical. Serves as a clinical resource for clinical staff, and clerical staff, including Practice Manager. Minimum Requirements: Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse license.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Proficiency in directing, guiding and training, as appropriate and assigned. Demonstrated initiative, and able to function independently, as well as interdependently. The ability to initiate, accept and adapt to change.

Excellent Customer Service behaviors. Influenza vaccination will be required for all personnel working within LVHN, who have patient contact, unless medically contraindicated or due to a bonafide religious belief or practice. Preferred Qualifications: N/A Licensure and Certifications: Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse license.
