Onward Healthcare is a leading local provider of physical therapy (PT) jobs to leading facilities throughout the state. We offer PT jobs in a variety of settings including hospitals, outpatient facilities, long-term care facilities and school systems. We are currently looking for physical therapists for blocked bookings, short term / long term contract work and per diem PT shifts, all of which offer competitive base pay and opportunity for career growth. Physical Therapy Candidates will be required to:
Evaluate patient’s medical history
Assess the cause(s) of the patients ailment
Measure patient’s basic motor functions
Formulate patient’s goals and develop a treatment plan
Establish a daily routine and timeline
Assess patient’s progress
