Responsibilities Summary
The Agentrics Discovery Services (DS) provide customers with new suppliers or partners to invite to their negotiations process.
This position is primarily responsible for managing the requests from customers, coordinating the different tasks with the other Discovery Services Consultants and Customer Support Services (CSS) colleagues, delivering results back to the customers, providing regular reporting to the client and coordinating the billing process. Each consultant is responsible for a set of customers that can change overtime according to the customer’ activity or language skills required.
The consultant may also deliver other types of consulting services to customers (like solution support, training to clients or training materials translations) based on its expertise of the Agentrics applications and its language skills.
Required Skills and Expertise
Fluent in English and in one of the following language: French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Turkish
Strong presentation and business writing skills are required.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2 to 3 years experience in an international retail or manufacturing environment, preferably in a purchasing / strategic sourcing / export / Supply Chain role
BA degree in business or similar fields

Demonstrated web-based database searches facilities and interest
