Create and maintain Summary Benefits and Coverage (SBC) and related documents by interpreting plan intent from multiple sources
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain SBC as required by Federal Regulations and internal procedures
May perform research and data entry of technical components required for processing the SBC document
Review processing questions for possible document maintenance corrections
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing unit results
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to set priorities, multi-task, self-motivated, detail oriented
Ability and willingness to accept and work in a changing environment
Ability to work well in an environment with high standards for quality and turnaround with minimal supervision
