Assists with the coordination of campus police and parking management services for assigned campus. Responsible for overseeing general duty police work regarding the welfare and property of Tulsa Community College and its students, faculty, and staff. Occasionally, this position involves considerable physical danger requiring knowledge of practices and procedures of modern police work.

Candidates to be a qualified police officer and/or a certified peace officer by the State of Oklahoma.
Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal justice or equivalent combination of training with at least seven years work experience including experience in patrol, investigation, report writing, and supervising others.
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with college employees, students, the general public, and various law enforcement agencies.
Schedule will be 40 hours per week flexible, including evenings and weekends. Must be able to travel and work on various campuses and other locations as needed.
AED / CPR certification or ability to attain certification within one year.
Prefer considerable knowledge of the area of modern criminal law procedures and laws of arrest.
