Executive Administrative Assistant /Project Manager to the CEO
At TeleSource , our President/CEO is the embodiment of innovation. You will be the indirect lead on the team responsible for developing, designing, planning and implementing the entire success strategy for the organization.
Perform confidential administrative duties and Project Management skills for one or more Senior Executive Managers as required. This position may involve high level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact and diplomacy. Ability to demonstrate and understand confidentiality is critical.
Act quickly and efficiently to complete requests with a "go-getter" work ethic and attitude. This CEO needs a doer and fast learner.
Assist the President/ CEO in managing daily activities including but not limited to creating, Proofreading, and formatting correspondence and complex documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Need ability to edit without error.
Instinctual ability to balance taking direction when to act always showing initiative.
Create and maintain databases in our proprietary software system
Arrange schedules & travel arrangements, handle incoming mail and telephone calls, process routine requests from other departments.
Interact with executive, administrative and line management personnel, external customers and vendors.
Review and prioritizes incoming communication and take appropriate action without advance approval.
Schedule meetings and/or appointments as well as plan events.
Compose correspondence, presentations, and reports using a variety of computer software.
Prioritize assignments and tasks under general direction.
May perform a variety of administrative duties such as processing bills, vouchers, requests, payroll, personnel and budgets as well as coordinate requests for workspace, service, and office equipment and other programs such as charitable campaigns, employee recognition and records retention. Provides guidance to assistants and managers in the organization regarding administrative practices. Reports directly to the President/CEO. Non-Supervisory position.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. 2+ years of relevant experience Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and producing highly accurate results Proven ability to perform all aspects of the job with little or no direction Proven time management skills of the highest degree Desired Skills:
Masters degree in related field (Preferred - MBA) Project Management Experience - PMP Certification a definite plus Commercial (B2B) Telecom experience Location: Davidson, NC 28036
Potential Candidates must be LOCAL to the area - no relocation
