Job Description:
ARRAY has a requirement to fill a position of IT Inventory Specialist. The successful candidate should have experience in IT asset management, including barcode software and readers, linked spreadsheets, spreadsheet lookup functions, and training on the Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS). In addition, this position will serve as entry level network specialist performing routine, documentation, and project coordinator.
Job Requirements : Required Qualifications:
BS degree in Information Systems or related industry is desired
Possess knowledge of Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS) – inventory module is desired
Must have in-depth knowledge of and experience with Excel and Access
Must have excellent communication skill in English, both writing and speaking
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team
One – two years of experience doing inventory in an IT environment strongly preferred
Proven ability to produce and analyze standard and ad hoc reports
Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision
Proven ability to follow step by step directions to perform repeat configurations on PCs
Possess knowledge and experience of
Image new workstations and laptops
Test network drops
Encrypt laptops and workstations
Clearance Requirements: Holding active or eligible to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
