Addicted Jeans Store is a fashion specialty retailer founded on a simple idea: offer each customer the best possible selection and value, accompanied by outstanding personal styling assistance and customer service. We're looking for an exceptional Fashion Stylist with a passion for Social Media Marketing to build individual sales volume, provide excellent customer service, develop strong customer relationships. Do-it-all attitude is a must!
This position is dynamic and fast-paced. The candidate is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Addicted Jeans Stores' high standards and guiding principles.

Major Responsibilities

Set and achieve personal sales goals
Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
Maintain the "Addicted Jeans Store Experience" for our customers.
Demonstrate expertise in designing creative, informative and effective posts in Facebook, Twitter & Instagram of style trends, new arrivals and events.
Demonstrate product knowledge to customers along with understanding the customers' needs
Plan customer shopping and in-store events.
Offer opinions, and demonstrate knowledge of both the fashion industry and how social media communications relates to business goals and effectiveness.
Build and maintain social media/marketing calendar to promote products, events, and store initiatives and outreaches.
Assist and educate customers on selecting accessories to complete their outfit
Provide knowledgeable, honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style, fit and appropriateness for the occasion they will be attending
Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases,
Suggest new merchandise and invite them to upcoming events.
Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the instore and online customer
Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising,
display, price markdowns and light cleaning

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of three years experience in the retail industry preferred
Understanding that your communication with your customer is ongoing through social media, beyond the store experience
Minimum 2 to 5 years of marketing/social media experience.
College degree preferred.
Passion and understanding of retail, fashion and social media
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Computer proficiency
Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
Understand the importance of honesty, reliability, sincerity and integrity
Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence
Demonstrated ability to develop genuine relationships with customers and coworkers
Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to quickly learn and implement new procedures and processes

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk,
climb, reach, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
