The Regional Manager directs the sales, service, and operations of a Regional Branch Network through subordinate managers. They ensure their branches are meeting or exceeding sales and service standards, as well as strategic goals and objectives. This position also has lending authority to serve in a backup role.
The Regional Manager directs, develops and motivates branch personnel through subordinate managers. They monitor branch operational results relative to established goals and objectives to assist their region in meeting or exceeding goals and targets. They proactively manage activities within their region to ensure they are in compliance with established credit union policies, guidelines and procedures.

To maintain a cohesive, highly trained and motivated staff, sufficient to meet needs of members.
Promote, coach, and develop a sales culture within the branch that properly offers and matches credit union products with member needs.
To provide friendly, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates.
To develop and maintain business within our communities, to participate and be an active ambassador within our communities.
To meet or exceed defined goals and objectives, to proactively coach employees in order to meet objectives.
To develop recommendations for efficiencies and processes by monitoring trends in branch operations.
