Job Description
: The eCommerce Product Coordinator manages monthly product release for their areas of responsibility including: vendor image/copy requests, item Request form creating and audit, troubleshooting on not live inventory. Serves as a cross-functional liaison between Merchandising, MIS, Photography, Imaging, Copy, Content, Platform Provider, Customer Service and Fulfillment.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities *
  • Audits requisition forms and confirms all legal copy and vendor images have been received. Ensures requisitions forms are filled out correctly *
  • Dispositions all items from requisition forms as shoot or vendor image, kicking off the picking process at the warehouse for photography *
  • Checks in all vendor images and submits them to imaging for processing *
  • Executes all preparatory steps for monthly product releases including; renaming colors, uploading copy and size charts *
  • Previews product pages, troubleshoots all issues. Submits styles to Merchandise Coordinators for final approval and to publish *
  • Provides weekly recap of allocation usage *
  • Dispositions status of styles with on hand for inventory and not live reporting *
  • Maintains all in-process not live styles for areas of responsibility. Troubleshoots weekly not live items and works with Manager and Merchandise Coordinators to get in front of re-occurring issues *
  • Ensures all sizes are customer friendly and assigned to correct size group *
  • Ensures all color names and color groups are customer friendly *
  • Swiftly responds to and corrects site issues flagged from customer service teams

Requirements *
  • Experience with, and a passion for, Merchandising, eCommerce, technology and the Internet *
  • Ability to keep track of multiple workflow calendars required to meet deadlines *
  • Excellent PC and Excel skills. Working knowledge of Catalog Management Systems if preferred *
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel *
  • Willingness and ability to pick up new technical skills *
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to new business practices *
  • Good communication skills *
  • Bachelor's Degree
