Generate revenue by planning, executing, and tracking results for print advertising, direct email/mail campaigns, online paid search advertising, content targeting, site retargeting, online display advertising, event marketing, video marketing and web site marketing campaigns. Manage the measurement of the results of all advertising programs in order to determine the most effective media and programs (what works) as well as what is not working so as to optimize advertising ROI. Align the direct marketing programs so they meet overall growth, sales, and profitability objectives by collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Marketing leaders on business planning and streamlining of processes to create efficiencies and synergies between the groups.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Prepare a detailed direct marketing and advertising plan and budget for 2013 and 2014. Track and report on actual expenses to budget monthly.
Manage direct marketing and advertising projects and activities to ensure on-time delivery.
Interface with MakerBot's media buying agency.
Drive direct marketing and advertising strategy
Provide quarterly reports detailing the outcomes of the direct marketing and advertising plan and goals and objectives for the next quarter.
Partner with other Marketing team members to translate strategy into the Integrated Marketing Plan and ensure synergies across all marketing channels.

Job Qualifications
In-depth experience with planning, executing, and tracking results for print advertising, direct email/mail campaigns, online paid search advertising, content targeting, site retargeting, online display advertising, event marketing, video marketing and web site marketing campaigns.
In-depth experience with Marketo or other marketing automation software, as well as Google Analytics to track results.
Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent with emphasis in marketing, finance, mathematics, economics, business or other quantitative, analytical field.
Demonstrated record of superior business and personal performance.
Thorough knowledge of web technology and building/marketing online experiences and effective landing pages.
Superior forecasting techniques.
Creative analytic skills – ability to identify strategic issues and to hypothesize and quantify relationships.
Ability to manage many projects and work assignments.
Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.

Familiarity with 3D printing or MakerBot
