much as we do. An excellent candidate will be strong in most of the skills
listed below.
Significant Ruby on Rails Development Experience
Very solid understanding of modern Web UI technologies including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
Familiar with Rails deployment and scaling technologies such as Capistrano
Strength in Rails fundamentals.
Experience with GIT or other source code control systems
Knowledge of Devise, Rake, Cucumber, HAML, SASS, Twitter Bootstrap
Expert in UNIX environments (Ubuntu, Mac OS X)
A solid grasp of multi-threading, database transactions and object oriented design
Professional experience working as part of a team
Experience with Amazon Web Services or similar
Agile Environment Experience
Built and deployed one or more commercial RoR applications utilizing the
technologies described above.
