Ideal Candidiate:Candidate should have a proven track record in leading technical, cross-functional team in the delivery of complex systems within established cost, schedule, and performance goals. The ideal candidate will be well versed in product development best practices.

He / she will be able to develop detailed program plans / schedules and then drive execution to plan.Qualifications:Proven leadership skills and experience working with diverse technical disciplinesExcellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with local teams and Asia-based suppliersCreative self-starter with an ability to devise solutions to complex problems with diverse, sometimes opposing, concernsComfortable in rapid development cycles with aggressive goals. A cool head in tough situationsVersed in Program Management best practices: team building, role / responsibility definition, risk management, work breakdown structures, project tracking, conflict management, etc.Willingness to travel internationally in support of qualification and production scale-up activities.Engineering background in product development (ME, EE, FW) preferred
