-Facilitate blended learning (instructor led training and web based training) for both newly hired and existing learners in virtual and brick and mortar settings.

-Support retail bank branch operations training
- Assess production staff proficiencies and deficiencies. Identifies skill gaps and development opportunities for performance improvement. Deploy systemic performance support.
-Network with colleagues, across sites, to research issues, and improve training plans and materials.
-Ensure consistency in the delivery of nationally developed programs.
-Build relationship with line management demonstrating ability to build consensus and influence decisions.
-Responsible for implementing HR policies, process and procedures to new hires.
-Own self-development and stay current with professional and industry best practices.
-Due to the variable schedule of training classes the successful candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule and to travel when necessary.
