The ideal instructor will have 3+ years experience teaching Microsoft and CompTIA coursework. Cisco would be a plus. The instructor should be comfortable teaching Microsoft Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 content.
Excellent communications and presentation skills. Available to work day and evening hours. (Monday through Thursday) (Saturday daytime availability required on a rotating basis) Able to captivate and stimulate an audience. Experience preparing daily curriculum and managing multiple students in a lab environment. Ability to answer student questions concisely and accurately. Candidate will be required to obtain the following computer industry certifications after employment: A+, Network+, MTA, MCITP: Server Administrator, MCTS (Win 7), Network+, and CCNA certifications which will be paid for by the employer. Those that already have these certifications will be preferred candidates.
Experience managing student attendance, assignment, participation and examination records. Ability to work well with others. Strong decision making skills. Ability to manage multiple classes and handle student issues. A 'Do What Ever it Takes' attitude that is focused on the success of every student. Networking Knowledge, Network Protocols, Training Management, Presenting Technical Information, Verbal Communication, Motivating Others, Professionalism, Presenting networking systems and configurations of servers and networking administration, and job-specific processes, procedures, and protocols.
