Job Description Qualifications Required:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years experience with Ricoh SOP, Contracts and/or AR using Oracle
5+ years of industry experience

Delivers training solutions and specialized learning materials for products, processes and programs
Provides support to one or more business units recommending and developing training solutions that support business strategy.
Provide feedback to business units, counseling students on test results, training solutions to support business goals.
Performs analysis/conducts Benchmarking studies to ensure training solutions meet world-class standards and recommends appropriate action.
Proactively enhances skills/ knowledge by attending seminars/ workshops in given field; incorporates new learnings in work.
Executes complex to highly complex work.
Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
Work is reviewed periodically during assignments and at major milestones for policy compliance and alignment with project requirements.
Has some decision-making authority for area of responsibility.
May serve as a team leader within work group or on cross-functional team.
Frequently provide training and guidance to less experienced team members
Advanced command of company and organization policies, practices and procedures.
Advanced command of company products and their application
Command of adult learning and accelerated learning principles and trends in the industry
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong PC and associated software skills, networking, Internet
Solid interpersonal skills
Understanding of account management process

Additional Responsibilities:
Must have proven writing ability
Oracle knowledge is a plus
Learning delivery experience is a plus
