Minimum of Associate (A.S. or A.A.) degree or two-year technical certificate or two years' experience in an administrative/customer service capacity or a high school diploma and five years' experience in an administrative/customer service capacity required. Must have a passion for helping others. Must be able to comprehend complex information and explain it to prospective and current students. Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service skills, and ability to work with multiple projects within deadlines. Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Banner (software) experience preferred. Knowledge of campus departments and admissions process preferred. Knowledge of Admissions, Financial Aid, Testing and registration preferred. Knowledge of the operations of a community college and the enrollment process. A proven track record of effectively interacting with a diverse constituency group.
Provide enrollment assistance to students seeking technical certificates and degrees. Review student records and make decisions for correction to complete student applications and registrations. Assist with document preparation and the creation of files. Process assigned adjustments to student records. Other duties as assigned.

$9.45 per hour
While part-time up to 19.5 hours a week, position has a varying schedule with hours fluctuating based upon the needs of the office. The enrollment services office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday. More than 19.5 hours a week may be required during registration and/or peak periods. An initial 4-6 week day time training period is required and there is ongoing and regular training involved with this position.
