Looking for a passionate and innovative events coordinator to work with our growing Marketing team. As our event coordinator, you will assist in all aspects of events, tradeshows and webinars to ensure they are optimized for customer experience, lead generation and branding. You will work closely with the Event Marketing Manager to plan and execute the logistics of tradeshows, webinars and customer related events. The ideal candidate would be able to travel to various shows throughout the US, up to 25% of the time.
Shipping materials to/from tradeshows
Evaluate Conferences and add to the conference database
Book all conference related travel
Keep a comprehensive inventory of marketing materials and swag, order new when appropriate
Keep remote offices supplied with marketing materials
Build marketing packets for trade shows
Enter sales leads into Salesforce and assign to specific sales rep
Send post conference surveys and collect data
Enter invoices for payment
Keep deadlines up to date in basecamp for ads, co descriptions, and deliverables
Assist sales reps w/ marketing materials and/or packets for clients/prospects
Skills & Experience
1 year of prior experience as an event coordinator or marketing assistant
Strong project management, very detail oriented and strong communication skills
Highly organized with effective and efficient multi-tasking and management of many diverse and demanding activities across multiple teams and events
Empowered self starter who can initiate and drive activities to successful conclusions
Outstanding team player who thrives in high performing collaborative teams
Experience with Salesforce, Basecamp, and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
