The HR Business Partner functions as the primary point of contact between Human Resources and the organization's leadership. Provides consultation and support services in the areas of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations with the primary goal of maximizing the effectiveness of business and human resources processes that promote the organization's strategic objectives.
Bachelors Degree and 3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience or similar combination of education and experience in the HR field required. P roficiency in Microsoft Office and other applicable computer applications. Working knowledge of employment law, principles of selection and placement and employee relations.
