Responsabilities: To assist in the day-to-day operational duties.
Primary Duties: Assisting HR and Accounting Department, the Admin/HR Assistant is responsible for answering all in-coming telephone calls; completing new hire paperwork, greeting/directing candidates and/or general public. Filing HR related team members’ paperwork; coordinating payroll related responsibilities. Working in close contact with team-members and managers; assist with projects. The duties stated above are not limited to only such responsibilities.
Position Requirements: Desired candidate must be able to fulfill the following requirements; work under pressure, ability to multi-task. Candidate must have the ability handle lots of paperwork, work under constant interruptions and answer multiple questions.
