Applications Engineer intern
Intel's Software & Services Group is looking for an undergraduate intern to develop software applications for Windows and Android tablet and handset platforms. The intern will be responsible for developing, documenting and testing applications that exercise functionality and measure performance. By the end of the working period, the intern will be well-versed in Intel's tablet and phone platforms and technologies and will become a subject-matter expert on one of more platform features.
-Completion of Sophomore year of a 4-year degree program in the fields of Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
-Candidate must have 6+ months of work or educational experience in the following areas:
- Advanced Java programming
- Advanced C++ programming
- X86 assembly programming knowledge
- Experience with development on Linux and Windows Operating systems
- Experience with performance analysis on x86 architectures
