Filter is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our Beverly Hills client for 3+ months on ongoing contract work. This position will have you managing teams of 8+ individuals as well as interacting with a plethora of internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.The successful PM should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly.
Our ideal candidate will possess the ability and willingness to balance consumer needs with business priorities and articulate the rationale behind decisions. They must also have exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively manage the progress of all deliverables.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing business needs and requirements• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope • Manage inputs from multiple tracks: product requirements, design, development, QA• Manage 3rd party vendors / agencies to ensure they deliver on-time and on-budget• Review deliverables prepared by the team before presenting to partners / stakeholders• Minimize exposure to risk on projects • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and disseminated accordingly • Facilitate execute level meetings • Track and gather approved assets from multiple sources and deliver to project leads• Facilitate communication across all project phases and proactively alert senior/executive management of changes to scope, timelines, resources and third party issues• Ensure proper integration and scalability of shared products and tools • Manage and navigate the priorities of engineering, design, content and marketing while balancing resourcing and other constraints to arrive at an effective and timely solutionSKILLS YOU’LL NEED• 6+ years project management experience in successfully delivering internet solutions• 6+ years of client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships at the senior management level• Project Management experience within a client-service organizational matrix • Led diverse teams of 15 or more people in dynamic and fast-paced environments • Has experience with the collection, refinement, and requirements for a large scale implementations• Experienced multiple, full project lifecycles from business development to final product delivery• Experience managing multiple projects/tracks simultaneously • Led teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, creative, marketing and strategy)• Strong problem identification and analytical skills • Possess excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to create and deliver clear and concise presentations/executive status reports• Ability to plan and manage time and resources, establish priorities and meet goals• Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project • Experience with Agile / SCRUM project management A BIT ABOUT FILTERFilter is a unique digital solutions agency providing creative marketing solutions, consulting and staffing services.
