The IM Project Manager Business Solutions will manage multiple business process improvement initiatives impacting significant business operational goals. In this role, you will be responsible for work related to analytics and modeling to support the Global Services Organization. This role serves GE management to deliver productivity to service contract management process and informed decision making through analytics.
In addition, you will:
Provide leadership and project management of analytics projects supporting the GSO organization, with a special focus on data collection, data quality, and data management
Lead analytics projects wing to wing, including requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation activities
Partner with key functional business entities to ensure data management processes provide data for analytics in a timely manner, through business process analysis and application of lean principles
Effectively understand, communicate and work with various functional areas (engineering, finance, services, risk, etc) to identify and address areas of need
Develop expertise in SAS technology and tools that will be applied to developing new productivity and analytics solutions
Manage multiple concurrent analytics development projects, including defining and managing the resource requirements, associated timelines and costs as well as monitoring the progress to plan
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with concentration in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an information systems position

Previous experience with SAS analytics, including Enterprise Guide and JMP
Experience with business process analysis and Lean principles
Data quality / data management
Experience with Oracle, including Exadata
Able to translate business requirements into strong technical solutions

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Proven project management skills and ability to lead a cross functional team of peers
