The individual will be responsible for the following activities:
Ensure the complete and timely implementation of multidisciplinary projects such as but not limited to site infrastructure, manufacturing and packaging processes. Functions include tracking deliverables and critical milestones. Responsible for project planning, deliverables and critical milestone tracking, communicating and meeting project timelines and budget. Manage and contract requirements for each assigned project. Identifies out-of-scope work requests and responds accordingly; providing ongoing management of compliance with project aims; and identifying specific client needs. Provides expertise and guidance to assigned projects validation efforts, including facilities, utilities, equipment, computer/software a processes. Ensure assigned projects complies with cGMP’s related t manufacturing and process control systems, projects are properly validated and in compliance with federal and local regulatory agencies as well as Warner Chilcott Policies and Procedures.
*Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
*PR Professional Engineer’s License or PR Engineering-In-Training License Required
*Eight (8) years of progressive Pharmaceutical Operations experience in all area of the funtion.
*Six (6) years of exposure to supervision.
*Four (4) years experience in plant and/or Project engineering.
*Fully bilingual ( English and Spanish)
Requires reading professional literature and technical manuals; speaking to employees, other public and private groups; writing documents and complex reports in English and Spanish.
*Computer knowledge, including Word processing, presentation, worksheets and Electronic mail.
*Knowledge of principals and processes involved in business and organizational planning, budgeting, coordination and execution.
*Thorough knowledge o cGMP’s and FDA regulations
