The Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort, affectionately known as the "First Lady of Waikiki", introduced the world to Hawaiian hospitality in 1901 and remains the standard for oceanfront luxury accommodations on Oahu. The main building of the hotel, its Banyan Wing, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Job Description

The Restaurant Sales Manager will primarily be Responsible for soliciting new business, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts and VIPs.

Requirements

  • Professionally representing the hotel at industry/community functions
  • Solicit new and existing guests and accounts to meet/exceed the restaurants revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
  • Assist with reports and/or competition data collection.
  • Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance.
  • Previous restaurant sales experience preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Japanese) required.
