location. The role of the
is to coordinate the rental activities for the branch. The role may assist in planning, organizing, directing and controlling the efforts of the Rental Department in the accomplishment of the Company objectives.
Prepare all documents related to vehicle rental, including agreement, vehicle inspections, driver verification and insurance verification.
Check in and out rental trucks.
Prepare daily lot check and distribute to Lease Salesmen and Branch Manager.
Ensure rental fleet is above normal standards by presenting an outstanding image in the market place.
Handle all rental calls and make 15-20 rental solicitation calls daily.
Mail and file rental billing.
Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
Broad knowledge of Company’s services, products and marketing techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
High energy level and positive attitude.
People skills are a must.
