Human Resources Representative
Provides guidance and counsel to administrators, managers and employees on all Human Resource issues and concerns.
Coordinates and resolves employee grievances; effectively interprets and communicates organization policies; responds to and works to resolve MDCR/EEOC complaints and other employee charges.
Provides leadership on other Human Resource
projects as appropriate
Also responsible for various aspects of employment; recruiting, interviewing and assisting in the selection and processing of candidates for selected departments.
Completes all duties in a manner consistent with
and Human Resource customer service standards and appropriate age and cultural considerations.
Bachelor's degree, formal training in Human Resourc issues.
Outstanding communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and work under stressful situations. Prefer previous experience working in healthcare setting with clinical departments and 3+ years employee relations experience.
